Council Board Elections
All Positions filled:
Council Chairman: Presides over all meetings, keeps communication open with the school, member of all committees, helps prep annual budget.
Secretary: Create agenda for all meetings, takes minutes for all meetings and distributes, keeps all records, authorized signature on bank accounts.
Treasurer - Incumbent Running: Collect all funds, manages bank account, keeps a record of all financials, authorized signature on bank accounts, prepares monthly financial statement for each meeting, prepares taxes as needed.
Parliamentarian - Incumbent Running: Keeps a copy of by-laws and rules, revises by-laws as needed, oversees elections, keeps meetings on track.
Hospitality Chairman: Coordinates teacher appreciation events, parent liaison, oversees needs of teachers and coordinates with school and council to fill those needs.
Programs Chairman: Promotes and organizes events, recruits volunteers as needed for events, leads Fall Festival, oversees email, manages social media and website by appointing volunteers to Social Media Manager and Website Manager.
Fundraising Chairman: Establishes a fundraising plan, monitors fundraising efforts, makes sure donors get acknowledgement, oversees Spirit Nights by appointing a volunteer as Spirit Night Coordinator, oversees Spring Fiesta
